Brian Hoyle, NC Real Estate Broker
Brian Hoyle is a marketer and a connector who brings a strategic yet personable approach to the real estate buying and selling process. Drawing from years of experience as a Triangle-based entrepreneur, marketer and community organizer, Brian has built a reputation for his passion and commitment to serving others. He views the opportunity to work with buyers and sellers as a true privilege.
A native of Raleigh, Brian has enjoyed a front row view of the evolution of the communities and neighborhoods throughout the broader Raleigh-Wake County area and surrounding regions. For sellers, his goal is to obtain the best value for their dream home and to assist sellers to a smooth, stress-free sale of their home. And, he combines his dedication for client service and sharp attention to detail to help buyers in a highly focused search for their new house. If you’re new to the area, Brian can help “show you the ropes” in the Triangle market – his connections and knowledge of the area run deep.
Brian connects his love of flying with his dedication to volunteer service in a creative way. He’s a commercial hot air balloon pilot who turned that personal enjoyment into an annual community event he founded in 2014, Freedom Balloon Fest. The festival is hosted in Fuquay-Varina each Memorial Day weekend and is produced entirely by volunteers and donor sponsors. He is also founder of Project Uplift USA, an all-volunteer, 501(c)(3) non-profit organized to manage the festival, and to provide free, K-12 STEAM-based enrichment programs using hot air balloons as teaching tools.
Prior to going into business for himself, Brian served as a member of the executive management team at North Carolina-based Eye Care Associates as the practice’s director of marketing for over 15 years. He developed the brand strategy and helped acquire or cold start dozens of new offices covering the Triangle, Triad and Wilmington markets to grow the brand to become one of the top 15 optical retailers in the U.S. Exposure to so many commercial lease deals and developing relationships with surrounding communities ultimately called Brian to a career in real estate.
You’ll notice a difference about Brian from the first call. His vocal talents have been used nationally and internationally for television, radio, videos and live sports events including the NHL, and World Rugby. From 2005-2015, Brian served as the voice of PNC Arena, home of the NHL Carolina Hurricanes.
Brian serves the entire Triangle area and specializes in buying and selling, investment properties, and new home sales.
