Chris Teseniar, NC Real Estate Broker
Having made his home in the Triangle area since early 1998, Chris Teseniar is familiar with the charm and beauty that make this region such a great place to call home.
Chris is a graduate of Florida Baptist Theological College, where he attained a Bachelor of Arts in Theology. He is also a graduate of Southeastern Baptist theological Seminary of Wake Forest, North Carolina. He attained his Masters of Divinity (with Biblical Languages) in the spring of 2005. In 1992, Chris became an ordained minister.
With 24 years of experience in the ministry, and pastoring churches in both Florida and North Carolina, Chris says he’s had the opportunity to get to know a lot of people and walk with them through both the highs and lows of life. These experiences have afforded Chris the opportunity to develop the skills necessary to work with people and help them as they face some of life’s major events.
In the course of his ministry, Chris and his wife have left family, friends, and everything they knew multiple times in order to pursue his education and ministry. As such, he is able to relate to all that is involved in relocating to a new area or even a different state. Along the way, they have bought, renovated, and sold a few houses, so he also understands the challenges involved as being a first-time homeowner, as well as an experienced homeowner who needs to sell. Chris says, “I love getting to know people and I look forward to using my skills and experiences to serve and help those interested in the real estate market.”
Chris is always excited about helping new residents discover everything the Triangle has to offer. “The Triangle offers something for everyone no matter what season of life one is in,” he says.
When Chris is not helping homebuyers and sellers, he enjoys spending time with his family, church family, and friends. He also enjoys golfing, reading, exercising, working in the yard, and cooking on the grill.
Chris and his lovely wife of 29 years, Beverly, have one son, two daughters, and two grandsons.
