Harry Massey, NC Real Estate Broker, Commercial & Residential Divisions
Involved in business for 42 years, Harry knows precisely what it takes to succeed and is pleased to share his knowledge and skills with clients. Harry's interest in real estate dates back to 1973 when he was sewing design/build for Flythe Construction Company and decided he needed a real estate license. After enrolling in real estate school and completing the course, Harry passed the state exam in the summer of 1973.
Active in numerous areas of real estate, Harry is particularly excited about the finishes he is seeing in today's bathrooms as well as the development of schools, shopping centers, and medical facilities.
Although he now loves his career in real estate, Harry states that as a child, he always wanted to be a jet pilot. He later enlisted in the Air Force, but he was not able to pass the color test at high speeds. Instead, he funneled his passion into training German shepherds for security in Germany, France, and Belgium.
Harry states that the best pieces of advice he ever received was to listen; be on time; and never take no for an answer until the 10th hour, and then ask why. Today, that advice serves him well, as he is one of the hardest working agents in the business. Harry believes that the Triangle is a great place to live and raise a family. For someone considering relocating to the area, Harry recommends looking closely at the neighborhoods and the schools, particularly the quality of the schools. Harry also says it is important to talk to people who already live in the area you are considering and, of course, always consult with your real estate agent.
Harry would be delighted to speak to prospective clients who are interested in buying or selling in the Triangle area.
