Located near Durham Bulls Athletic Park, the Diamond View III building is the latest and last Diamond view office building to have been built by the Capitol Broadcasting Company. The Capitol Broadcasting Company also created the booming American Tobacco campus near the athletic park. The Diamond View III building has 133,000 square feet of office space, and has five floors of amazing diamond views. It is said that the building has already become the home of the FHI 360 Company and will become the home of two restaurants at the ground level, The Q, and Moe’s Southwest Grille.
