During the month of April, the number of active listings in Wake County was stable from April 2018 and did not change from March 2019. The median listing price was $440,000 and the median sale price was $346,000.

Compared to last year, the average number of days that homes spent on the market before being sold was up 22% from 46 days to 56 days. The number of units sold was consistent year-over-year and held steady month-over-month.
