During the month of June, the number of active listings in Wake County demonstrated no change from the previous June and was stable from this May. The median listing price was just over $430,000 and the median sale price was just under $350,000.

Compared to last year, the average number of days that homes spent on the market before being sold was up 5% from 42 days to 44 days. The number of units sold was consistent year-over-year and held steady month-over-month.
